Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful modern hotel.

Directly adjacent to the hotel is a small shopping center. The breakfast was varied and aimed at different nations, the beds very comfortable. There was a shuttle service to the nearest subway station and to Orchad road. The hotel also offers a pool area for swimming and relaxing and a small fitness centre.

for a short stay absolutely nothing to object to.

The staff was amiable, the breakfast was comprehensive, everything was modern. I found the hotel's location great and beautiful, near next door Zhongshan mall and the transport. Ate at Chuan Yang Ji, it's within a close distance from the venue.

Cozy room, spacious location, with a decent mall nearby housing a supermarket, making it easy to grab essentials for our family .

I had an amazing stay with a lovely pool and great breakfast selection. The gym exceeded my expectations, and the room was very spacious and beautifully designed. I’ll definitely return!

Very comfortable bed! . Coffee machine in the room. A few bottles of free water a day in the room. The communication with the hotel in advance was great, quick answers and very helpful staff!

Superbly friendly staff, delightful views to the park, everything is good. It is reasonably priced. Its rooms are average sized for a really nice stay because of their sluggish service...

We had a room on the 16th floor, the view was great. Breakfast was very tasty. 7 Eleven directly at the hotel 24 h open... The shuttle to the MRI went great. Situation was okay, the shuttle was perfect to get into town. Approx. 100 m from the hotel there is a food market... Absolutely on the terrace in the 16th floor go..free tea and coffee

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay while visiting local attractions. The location was fantastic as it was right next to a mall, which made it super convenient for dining and shopping. The area felt vibrant, and the nearby park was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful, especially with our luggage. While there were some minor issues with the room's size, overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Average sized and functional unit with a great decor.

Classic business hotel, beautifully furnished, very clean and very comfortable Better... Shopping centre right next to the hotel, perfect for food or shopping on the move. Approx. 10min on foot to the next metro, but there is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel.

Actually nothing, maybe a bit expensive although the hotel is not located in the center, but yes that's Singapore ;)

good room view but service could improve

The city view from the King Room was lovely, offering a beautiful landscape at sunset. I appreciated finding tourist maps at the reception. It was helpful for exploring the area.

The overall service felt a bit slow during peak times.

had decent stay on a business trip, the staff were courteous, location was amazing to walk to the mrt station. the breakfast was particularly good for what was on offer, with eastern food options, new ubin seafood plus continental dishes. location: the hotel was near a shopping mall with a 24/7 mcdonalds and supermarkets. had nice dainties at breadtalk zhongshan, located right next to the venue.

Views appeared to be pretty average.
